Job summary

CIMA+ is seeking an experienced Indigenous Relations professional to strengthen relationships across Ontario and national opportunities. You will engage Indigenous Nations, advise on engagement strategies, and support strategic pursuits across Earth & Environment, Infrastructure, and related sectors.

Ideal candidates bring deep relationship-building skills, knowledge of procurement and benefits planning, and a track record of cross-sector collaboration with federal partners.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in Indigenous Relations or related field.
• Proven ability to build trusted relationships with Indigenous communities and stakeholders.
• Knowledge of Indigenous consultation, engagement, procurement, or benefits planning.
• Experience supporting complex projects with multiple disciplines and teams.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain meaningful relationships with Indigenous Nations and communities.
• Advise project and pursuit teams on Indigenous engagement strategies and procurement.
• Develop Indigenous engagement plans, benefits strategies, and community approaches.
• Strengthen relationships with federal departments and strategic clients (e.g., DND, DCC).
• Identify opportunities aligned with CIMA+'s services and pursue collaborations.
• Support pursuits, proposals, and client positioning across Ontario and Canada.
