Job summary

The Goldbelt Heritage Foundation in Juneau, Alaska seeks a Culture & Arts Program Coordinator to support the ANEP grant project “Haa At.oowú Haa Kusteeyix̱ Sitee” and broader culture programming. You will coordinate classes, workshops, and community events with artists, elders, youth, and partners.

Responsibilities include scheduling, logistics, grant compliance, participant coordination, and reporting; you will work with GHF Communications and ensure culturally respectful practices while

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in arts administration, cultural studies, education, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in program coordination, arts administration, education, or related work.
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required.
• Valid Alaska driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and execute grant-funded cultural and arts programming.
• Coordinate logistics for workshops, classes, trainings, and community events.
• Assist with traditional arts programming (e.g., carving, weaving, regalia making).
• Monitor program timelines and deliverables, address barriers to meet grant objectives.
• Assist in coordinating youth programs and cultural camps.
• Manage internal communication and scheduling across departments.
