Job summary

Champion Xpress Carwash is seeking a Team Leader to assist with day-to-day team leadership, training, and coaching while upholding company values and brand standards. The role emphasizes safety, exceptional customer service, and operational excellence at all times.

The Team Leader will coach staff, work in the absence of Site Leaders, and help drive sales and loyalty programs, while maintaining a clean, safe site and ensuring equipment is functioning properly.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Related management experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team in absence of Site Leader & Assistant Site Leader.
• Provide excellent customer service to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Drive sales, memberships, loyalty programs.
• Train and coach staff daily.
• Maintain site appearance and brand standards.
• Ensure safety procedures and policies are followed.
• Daily cleaning checklist and incident handling.
