Program Specialist

As a Program Specialist, you will be the face of the Boosterthon program on elementary school campuses, working alongside a supportive team to help schools reach their fundraising goals, deliver engaging student experiences, and create a positive impact for students and communities.

Responsibilities

• Teach and present a character-based curriculum to students.
• Set up and host the Boosterthon Fun Run fundraiser.
• Motivate students to participate and raise funds for their school.
• Engage with teachers, parents, and school administrators.
• Model Fitness, Leadership, and Character as part of a team.

• Excellent communication skills—professional and enthusiastic written and verbal communication with students, faculty, and staff.

Additional Requirements

• Full‑day availability (7:00am–4:00pm) on scheduled workdays.
