Job summary

Pan Atlantic Foundation seeks a motivated Area Representative in the Indianapolis area to recruit host families, build relationships with local high schools, and connect international students with Central Indiana communities.

The role is a flexible part-time 1099 independent contractor position focusing on placements and community engagement across Indianapolis, Plainfield, Avon, and surrounding areas.

Qualifications

• Must complete required background screening.
• Complete Pan Atlantic Foundation training.
• Become certified with the U.S. Department of State as required for the applicable exchange program role.
• Be comfortable working independently.
• Have reliable communication and follow-through.
• Be able to meet with students, families, and school contacts as needed.
• Have reliable transportation for local outreach and student support.

Responsibilities

• Recruit host families in Indianapolis and Central Indiana area.
• Develop relationships with local high schools and school personnel.
• Help international students connect with local communities and schools.
• Support students and host families through supervision visits and check-ins.
• Promote and explain exchange program opportunities to families and schools.
