• Experience in education, counseling, coaching, youth programs, community organizations, recruiting, or family services is helpful—but not required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to pass required background screening and complete program training.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and support American host families.
• Identify local schools that can host students.
• Interview and qualify prospective host families.
• Support the placement process.
• Welcome new students and help them adjust.
• Maintain monthly check-ins with students and families.
