Job Description:

The Phoenix City Director will lead local ministry efforts by building partnerships with churches, pastors, and community leaders while equipping students to share the gospel and reach their schools for Christ.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build relationships with churches, youth pastors, parents, educators, and community leaders.
• Recruit and mobilize volunteers to support student evangelism and discipleship.
• Coach and disciple student leaders to share the gospel and develop leadership skills.
• Lead ministry growth initiatives and expand outreach throughout Phoenix.
• Recruit, train, and develop volunteers and ministry teams.
• Foster collaboration, spiritual growth, and gospel-centered leadership.

Compensation & Support

Raising Salary: $50,000–$75,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications. Staff participate in fundraising by inviting churches, family, friends, and supporters to invest in the ministry. Decision Point provides training, coaching, and ongoing support, with a set salary from the start.

• Full-time position requiring 45+ hours per week.
• Significant local travel throughout Phoenix.
• Regional and national travel for ministry expansion, conferences, mission trips, and training.
