Job summary

AmeriFix, part of Fix Group Management, is seeking a District Manager to oversee three repair shop locations in Granger, Elkhart, and Mishawaka, Indiana. This hands-on leadership role focuses on driving financial performance, operations consistency, and team development across the district.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years in auto repair shop management, a proven track record of improving metrics, and strong customer service with the ability to travel between sites.

Qualifications

• 7+ years managing automotive repair shops across multiple locations.
• Proven track record of improving performance metrics.
• Working knowledge of P&L statements and shop financials.
• Willingness to perform hands-on work when needed.
• Strong leadership and staff development abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of three AmeriFix locations in Granger, Elkhart, and Mishawaka, ensuring consistent quality, safety, and customer experience.
• Review shop-level P&L statements, identify trends, and drive improvement plans.
• Own key metrics—revenue, car count, average repair order, technician efficiency, and customer retention—and lead teams to hit them.
• Step into frontline roles to cover gaps or support locations during peak demand.
• Recruit, train, and mentor location managers and shop staff.
• Personally resolve escalated customer concerns with a calm, solutions-oriented approach.
• Travel regularly among all three Indiana locations.
