Job summary

AmeriFix in Indiana is seeking a District Manager to oversee three repair shop locations in Granger, Elkhart, and Mishawaka. This hands-on leadership role focuses on financial performance, operational consistency, and team development across the district, with the ability to step in on the front line when needed.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive experience in automotive repair shop management.
• Experience overseeing multiple repair shop locations.
• Working knowledge of P&L statements and financials.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of three AmeriFix locations in Granger, Elkhart, and Mishawaka.
• Review shop-level P&L, identify trends, and implement improvement plans.
• Own key metrics: revenue, car count, average repair order, technician efficiency, customer retention.
• Step into frontline roles to cover gaps at locations during peak demand.
• Recruit, train, and mentor location managers and staff; resolve escalated customer concerns.
