Advance Auto Parts is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead daily store operations in Highland, IN. You will coach a team, manage DIY services, and drive profitability while maintaining top customer service standards.

Qualifications

• Knowledge to review and analyze P&L statement.
• 2-3 years of experience managing a team in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Experience managing profitability; strong financial and business acumen.
• Strong communication and relationship-building with customers, peers and upper management.

Responsibilities

• Knowledge to review and analyze P&L statement.
• Achieve personal/store sales goals and service objectives.
• Manage DIY services including battery installation, testing, wiper installs, etc.
• Manager on duty responsibilities (coaching, floor/phone mgmt., task assignment, safety, open/close duties).
• Weekly scheduling process.
• Ensure high standards of customer service including prompt handling of complaints.
