• Experience in automotive sales is a plus, not required.

We're hiring a V-Twin Sales Specialist who lives the motorcycle lifestyle. If you can talk Milwaukee-Eight and PowerPlus in the same breath, know a Road Glide from a Challenger and a Softail from a Chief, and spend every spare weekend on two wheels, this is the job for you.

No dealership experience? No problem. We'll teach you how to sell. What we can't teach is real passion for American V-Twin motorcycles, their history and heritage, and the riding community around them. Our internal training team will give you paid training and the support to grow.

Responsibilities:

• Assist and guide customers in selecting and purchasing vehicles that best fit their needs

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in automotive sales, retail, or a related sales role is a plus (not required
• A real passion for Indian motorcycles and the riding lifestyle
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• A positive, goal-oriented attitude with a strong work ethic
• Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new sales techniques and product knowledge
• Valid driver’s license and professional appearance
• Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screen
