Qualifications

• Previous experience in automotive sales is a plus (not required).
• A real passion for Indian motorcycles and the riding lifestyle.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Positive, goal-oriented attitude with a strong work ethic.
• Ability to learn new sales techniques and product knowledge.
• Valid driver's license and professional appearance.
• Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screen.

• Assist and guide customers in selecting and purchasing vehicles that best fit their needs.
• Build and maintain strong relationships while delivering an exceptional customer experience throughout the sale.
