Old Colony YMCA in Hanson, MA is seeking a Group Leader to inspire children through positive role modeling and engaging activities. This part-time role runs Monday through Friday with hours from 7AM until school starts and/or 2PM–6PM, offering a dynamic environment where you help create memorable moments for kids.

You will lead games, crafts, and adventures, encourage kindness and teamwork, and work under a Site Coordinator to ensure a safe, fun, and inclusive program.

In this leadership role, you'll inspire children through positive role modeling, exciting activities, and meaningful connections while helping ensure our program runs smoothly and safely. You'll work alongside a passionate team dedicated to making every child feel valued, included, and empowered.

Pay Range

The estimated pay range for this job. Disclosing pay information promotes competitive and equitable pay.
The actual pay rate will depend on the person's qualifications and experience. $16.00 - $18.40 / hour
