Qualifications

• Active Maryland licensure (LCPC, LCSW-C, LMSW, LGPC, MSW or equivalent) in good standing.
• Strong commitment to ethical, client-centered care.
• Demonstrable command of written and interpersonal communication.
• Adept in rapidly managing email, messaging, phone/voicemail, and EHR charting to drive efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Deliver compassionate, client-centered therapy through in-person sessions at our Maryland office.
• Offer flexible scheduling with the option for virtual sessions and remote work.
• Coordinate with administrative staff on credentialing, billing, and marketing support.
• Maintain ethical standards and build strong therapeutic relationships with diverse clients.
