Job summary

iMind Behavioral Health is seeking licensed therapists to join our outpatient mental health team in Lanham, MD. Flexible schedules, telehealth options, and hybrid in-person care are available; compensation is $50-$60 per completed 45–60 minute clinical session, with 1099 independent contractor relationships.

Clinicians provide biopsychosocial assessments, individual/family/group therapy, and collaborative care with psychiatrists and nurses, while maintaining HIPAA and Medicaid compliance.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field.
• Active Maryland license in good standing: LGPC, LCPC, LMSW, LCSW-C, LGMFT, or LCMFT.
• Excellent clinical assessment and documentation skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating within a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Conduct biopsychosocial and DSM-5 diagnostic assessments.
• Provide individual, family, and group psychotherapy using evidence-based practices.
• Develop and update person-centered treatment plans.
• Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, and other team members.
• Assess clients for additional services including PRP, MTS, IOP, PHP.
• Maintain HIPAA, COMAR, Medicaid, and insurer documentation standards.
