Qualifications

• Active SECRET clearance or ability to obtain prior to award.
• Bachelor's/Master's/Doctorate with extensive experience in engineering, mathematics or science.
• Recent DoD S&T experience.
• Professional certification or peer recognition in platform technologies or naval-related fields.

Responsibilities

• Review white papers, proposals, and technical documents for ONR alignment.
• Provide expert feedback to improve technical content and feasibility.
• Attend meetings with ONR staff, researchers, and stakeholders to guide research direction.
• Prepare summaries, reports, and presentations of key findings and recommendations.
