Job summary

BCS Allegient is seeking a Research Analyst to help the Office of Naval Research in Arlington, VA. This position requires onsite work 4 days a week, with 1 day remote. You will collaborate with various government bodies and prepare strategic documents.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of experience in the Department of War science and technology environment.
• Experience supporting senior leadership on complex tasks.
• Experience in technical program management for programs exceeding $1M.

Responsibilities

• Support senior Government leadership on programmatic and analytical tasks.
• Facilitate collaboration among diverse Government entities.
• Conduct technical program analysis and prepare findings.
• Manage a multi-functional team amid shifting leadership priorities.
• Draft and deliver reports for internal and external audiences.
