Qualifications

• 4+ years’ retail store management or multi-unit restaurant management experience.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with passion for retail and customer service.
• Strong leadership and ability to develop a high-performing team.
• Business acumen including financial and operational oversight.
• Willingness to relocate and complete training/onboarding.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations, inventory, compliance, and profitability.
• Recruit, hire, and train a high-performing team for outstanding service.
• Own buying & merchandising decisions to meet local community needs.
• Engage with local organizations and community initiatives.
• Manage financial performance, including sales, margins, and expenses.
• Create an inviting, well-stocked store and autonomous scheduling.
