Qualifications

• Must hold an active California Speech-Language Pathology license.
• ASHA CCC certification required.
• Completion of an accredited Speech-Language Pathologist program.
• Reliable personal transportation and smartphone.
• Bilingual abilities are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide speech-language pathology services to patients of all ages in home settings.
• Document treatment progress, outcomes, and changes to the care plan during visits.
• Collaborate with care teams while creating and updating the plan of care.
• Observe, record, and report patient responses to treatment.
