Job summary

FeldCare Connects is seeking a Speech Therapist to deliver high-quality home healthcare to patients of all ages in Riverside and surrounding areas. This Independent Contractor role offers flexibility, control over your schedule, and the ability to treat patients in their homes.

You’ll work with strong per-visit rates and receive administrative support, with one-on-one treatment and an opportunity to determine your own plan of care.

Qualifications

• Current Speech-Language Pathology license issued by the state board of Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology (active, unrestricted).
• ASHA CCC certification is required.
• Completion of an accredited Speech Language Pathologist program.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one speech-language pathology treatment to patients.
• Observe, record, and report patient response to treatment.
• Develop and implement plan of care for each patient.
• Document care and progress using the EMR system during visits.
