FeldCare Connects is seeking an enthusiastic Speech Therapist to deliver quality home healthcare to patients of all ages as an Independent Contractor serving Hemet and surrounding areas.

You control your schedule and coverage areas, with strong per-visit rates. Our app Cliniconnects streamlines referrals and case management, while ongoing support helps you focus on patient care and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Current Speech Language Pathology license issued by the state Board of Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology; active and unrestricted.
• ASHA CCC certification required.
• Completion of an accredited Speech Language Pathologist program.
• Reliable personal transportation and a smartphone.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one speech therapy to patients in home care.
• Observe, record, and report patient responses and adjust the plan of care.
• Complete documentation during visits using an EMR system.
