Job summary

Qualifications

• 0–3 years of work experience in therapy settings.

Responsibilities

• Identifies, evaluates, and treats clients on inpatient/outpatient basis with appropriate age care.
• Evaluates diagnostic and therapeutic materials; contributes to purchasing decisions.
• Counsels clients, families on hearing impairment treatment and care.
• Completes department procedures including scheduling, billing, and caseload coverage.
• Demonstrates clinical skills in evaluation, treatment and counseling.
• Meets productivity expectations per department standards.
• Maintains safe, clean working environment and infection-control policies.
• Protects patients and staff by adhering to ethics and policies.
• Mentors colleagues and uses clinical experience to guide practice.
• Collects and interprets data to identify patient/family needs; seeks collaboration.
• Adheres to standards; plans for changes with complex patients.
• Establishes plan of care with patient/family input and priorities.
• Documents and follows through with discharge planning and care coordination.
