Job summary

Next Level Staff in Menomonee Falls, WI is seeking a detail-oriented Warehouse Shipping Clerk. You will process inventory, prepare shipping documents, and coordinate truck shipments with Toyota accounts. This position requires independent work ethic, accuracy, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Key duties include packing, labeling, loading with forklift, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring shipments meet spec. On-site role with standard warehouse hours.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of shipping/receiving, warehouse, and inventory control experience.
• Proficient with MS Word and Excel; basic email/computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Process inventory pick lists and assign to proper job crate.
• Create shipping documents and update in system.
• Receive deliveries into A/R system.
• Apply shipping labels and load/pack per zones.
• Assist with packaging, labeling, and photographing materials for shipment.
• Inspect outgoing shipments for quantity and quality.
• Operate forklift to move material as needed.
• Coordinate truck shipments from warehouse.
• Maintain inventory for Toyota accounts and related shipments.
