Job summary

Public Storage is seeking a Property Manager to operate independently across multiple locations, working both indoors and outdoors. You will assess customer storage needs, suggest packing supplies, and conduct daily inspections to ensure spaces are ready to rent.

You will also handle cash deposits, keep accounts up to date, make reminder calls for delinquent payments, and travel between properties using your own vehicle (mileage reimbursement available).

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service oriented sales environments.
• Ability to handle payments, deposits and cash drawers.
• Experience coordinating between multiple locations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Open and close facilities, manage customer reservations and leases.
• Assist customers in renting storage spaces and resolving issues.
• Document and process customer payments accurately.
• Drive to multiple properties and conduct bank deposits when required.
