Responsibilities

• Assess customer storage needs and make suggestions, including packing/moving supplies.
• Conduct daily inspections of storage units to confirm inventory and availability for rent.
• Audit cash drawers and perform bank deposits as part of daily duties.
• Assist customers with payments, send reminders, and make collection calls when required.
