Job summary

Public Storage is seeking a Property Manager to work across multiple locations, handling customer storage needs, upselling supplies, and performing daily unit inspections. Qualifications

• Experience in customer service and sales environments (retail, restaurant, fast food)
• Ability to travel between locations using own vehicle; mileage reimbursement available
• Strong organizational skills; able to handle cash and payments accurately
• Physical: able to perform tasks including lifting, walking outdoors and cleaning duties

Responsibilities

• Inspect storage units daily to confirm inventory and availability for rental
• Assess customer storage needs and upsell packing and moving supplies
• Audit cash drawers and process bank deposits
• Keep customers current with payments and make reminder/collection calls as needed
• Travel between multiple locations using own vehicle; mileage reimbursement provided
