Job summary

Public Storage is hiring Property Managers who work independently at multiple locations, balancing inside and outdoor duties as needed. You will assess customer storage needs, suggest packing and moving supplies, perform daily inspections to ensure spaces are ready to rent, and handle cash drawer audits as part of the daily operations.

• Experience in customer service centered sales environments such as retail, restaurant, or other service-based companies.

Responsibilities

• Assess customer storage needs and make suggestions, including selling packing and moving supplies.
• Daily storage unit inspections to confirm inventory and availability helps make sure spaces are ready to rent.
• Auditing cash drawers and making bank deposits are part of the daily business.
• Help keep our customers current with payments and make reminder and collection calls when required.
• Our property managers should be able to work independently at multiple locations, including outdoor environments.
