Job summary

Stine Seed Company is seeking an Independent Sales Representative to cover Rawlins, Thomas, Decatur, Sherman, and Cheyenne counties in Kansas. You will act as the principal ambassador for the Stine brand, develop agronomic knowledge of seed products, and drive sales with existing and new accounts within your territory.

The role emphasizes relationship-building with growers, collaboration with the Regional Sales Agronomist for sales support, and the flexibility to manage your territory

Qualifications

• Three or more years of agricultural experience in agronomy, crop production or seed sales.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven sales techniques and negotiating ability.

Responsibilities

• Represent the Stine brand as primary ambassador within assigned Kansas counties.
• Develop agronomic and technical knowledge of Stine seed products for the territory.
• Manage existing accounts and recruit new ones to increase sales.
• Work with the Regional Sales Agronomist to provide sales support in the territory.
• Build and maintain relationships with growers to meet sales goals.
