Job summary

Stine Seed Company seeks an Independent Sales Representative for Kiowa, Pratt, Comanche, and Barber counties in Kansas. You will act as the main ambassador for the Stine brand, growing sales by managing current accounts and recruiting new ones within your defined territory.

You will develop deep agronomic knowledge of Stine seed products and collaborate with the Regional Sales Agronomist to deliver superior sales support, ensuring alignment with company programs and district goals.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of ag experience, including agronomy, crop production or seed sales.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven sales techniques and the ability to overcome obstacles.
• Experience in dealer development and retention is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary ambassador of the Stine brand within the assigned territory.
• Develop and maintain agronomic and technical knowledge of Stine seed products and services.
• Manage existing accounts & recruit new accounts to increase sales.
• Communicate and implement Stine sales programs to meet district goals.
• Collaborate with the Regional Sales Agronomist to provide high-level sales support.
• Build and sustain relationships with customers and prospects.
