RDSolutions is hiring a Field Representative in the United States, Iowa. This position offers flexible schedules within store hours and no prior experience is required.

You’ll receive comprehensive initial training and have a chance to earn with a productivity-based compensation plan that includes a guaranteed minimum and upside as you learn the role. The job also provides paid drive time, mileage reimbursement, 401k with match, opportunities for learning and development, and a casual dress code

• Reliability to start and finish assignments on time with the detail needed to satisfy the project criteria.


• Ability to stand throughout the work shift and lift up to 40 pounds intermittently.


• Willingness to work in cold temperatures associated with grocery store refrigerator and freezer cases as some projects required collection of items in these store aisles.
