RDSolutions is seeking a Field Representative to support flexible schedules for college students. No experience is needed; you can work within the store hours and adjust around study time. Dress is casual, and the role offers a comprehensive training program.

The position includes paid drive time, mileage reimbursement, and a guaranteed minimum pay with upside based on productivity. It is a part-time role with opportunities for development.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Smartphone with the ability to download company pricing app and collect work assignments.
• Valid driver's license, clean driving record, reliable transportation, and valid automobile insurance.
• Reliability to start and finish assignments on time with attention to detail.
• Ability to stand throughout the work shift and lift up to 40 pounds intermittently.
• Willingness to work in cold temperatures near grocery store refrigerators and freezers.

Responsibilities

• Complete assignments on time with accuracy.
• Drive to assigned grocery store locations and collect items as needed.
• Adhere to company policies and maintain safety during handling of items.
