Job summary

RDSolutions is seeking a Field Representative with flexible schedules ideal for college students. No prior experience is required; you can work within store hours, adjust shifts around study time, and dress casually.

Compensation is productivity-based with a guaranteed minimum and potential upside as you complete assignments. Training, drive time and mileage reimbursement, and a 401(k) with match support work-life balance.

• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record, reliable transportation and auto insurance.

• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 pounds intermittently.
• Willingness to work in cold grocery-store refrigeration areas as needed.
