We’re seeking a Commission-Based, Independent Sales Professional to help expand our client base by connecting with new and existing franchise companies—primarily in the dessert shop and small restaurant sectors. This role includes developing and executing a quarterly sales plan, identifying key decision-makers, and reaching out to potential clients through a mix of warm leads and cold outreach.
The ideal candidate has proven experience in B2B sales, scheduling calls, and crafting strategic sales plan to follow. Familiarity with CRM tools is a must.
You will be selling design packages and construction plans services—including complete branding, interior design, and permit-ready drawings.
Your income will be commission-based, so it's perfectly fine if you're working with other companies—what matters is your ability to drive sales.
