As a Jostens Independent Sales Representative (1099), you are highly motivated and interested in building your own business. You are entrepreneurial and seek more than just a job.

YOU HAVE:
  • Passion: Contribute to a positive school experience.
  • Sales Skills: Proven experience in sales or sales management (consultative, educational, B2C).
  • Discipline & Motivation: Personal accountability for success and development.
  • Relationship Management: Success in developing and maintaining customer relationships.
  • Technical Skills: Strong business and financial acumen.
  • Communication Skills: Effective communication with stakeholders and customers.
  • Flexibility: Ability to travel regionally and nationally.
  • Experience: 2+ years of related experience preferred.
  • Education: 4-year degree preferred but not required.
YOU WILL:
  • Grow: Increase market share through customer development.
  • Develop: Build and maintain relationships with schools and organizations.
  • Advise: Guide school administration on Jostens products and services.
  • Ensure Compliance: Follow all applicable laws.
  • Maintain: Operate your independent business office.
  • Manage Operations: Handle all business expenses, including travel.
  • Develop Team: Hire and retain staff as needed.
  • Uphold Integrity: Represent Jostens values of accountability, integrity, responsibility, and respect.
