Stine Seed Company is seeking an Independent Sales Representative for Grant, Iowa, Richland, and Sauk counties in Wisconsin. You will serve as the brand ambassador and drive growth by building agronomic knowledge, managing accounts, and executing sales programs with regional support to achieve district goals.

You should have three or more years of ag experience, strong communication and negotiation skills, and a proven track record in dealer development.

• Serve as primary ambassador of the Stine brand within the assigned territory.
• Develop and maintain thorough agronomic and technical knowledge of Stine seed products and services for the territory.
• Manage existing accounts and recruit new accounts to increase sales.
• Communicate and implement Stine's sales programs and policies within the territory to meet sales goals.
• Work with the Stine Regional Sales Agronomist to provide high-level sales support in the territory.
• Develop and enhance relationships with customers and potential customers, either personally or through a designated seller.
