Job summary

OurPharma is seeking an Independent Sales Representative (1099) to build and expand relationships with hospitals, health systems, and surgery centers, selling 503B compounded sterile products in compliance with FDA regulations.

You will manage and grow existing accounts while pursuing new business, present products, and negotiate contracts. This role requires traveling to client meetings and industry events, with uncapped earning potential and performance incentives.

Qualifications

• Proven pharmaceutical sales experience, preferably within a 503B outsourcing facility.
• Established relationships with hospitals, surgery centers, and health systems.
• Strong sales and negotiation skills with a track record of meeting/exceeding targets.
• Working knowledge of 503B FDA regulations and compliance standards.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to build and execute a strategic sales plan independently.

Responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and maintain relationships with hospitals, health systems, surgery centers, and other pharmaceutical buyers.
• Promote and sell OurPharma's 503B compounded sterile products in compliance with FDA regulations.
• Manage and grow existing accounts while pursuing new business.
• Present products and address stakeholder questions/concerns.
• Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements.
• Track and report on sales activity.
• Share market insights and customer feedback with leadership.
• Stay current on 503B industry trends, regulations, and competitor activity.
