Stine Seed Company is seeking an Independent Sales Representative to cover Bates and Cass counties in Missouri. You will serve as the brand ambassador, grow the dealer network, and drive seed sales while leveraging agronomic knowledge to support customers.

This role rewards initiative, relationship building, and strong communication. The position offers an established territory and a path for professional growth within a respected seed company, with flexible autonomy to manage your sales

Qualifications

• Three or more years of agriculture experience, including agronomy, crop production or seed sales.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven sales techniques with track record of dealer development and retention.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary ambassador of the Stine brand in Bates and Cass counties, MO.
• Develop and maintain agronomic and technical knowledge of Stine seed products for the territory.
• Manage existing accounts and recruit new accounts to grow sales.
• Coordinate sales programs and policies within the territory to meet district goals.
• Collaborate with the Regional Sales Agronomist to provide high-level sales support.
• Build and strengthen relationships with growers and potential customers.
