Job summary

Stine Seed Company is seeking an Independent Sales Representative to cover Sheridan, Box Butte, Sioux, and Dawes counties in Nebraska. You will act as the brand ambassador, grow sales by managing existing accounts and recruiting new ones, and work with the Regional Sales Agronomist to provide top-level support.

The role requires 3+ years in agronomy, crop production or seed sales, strong communication skills, and proven dealer development abilities.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of ag experience, including agronomy, crop production or seed sales.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary ambassador of the Stine brand within the assigned territory.
• Develop agronomic and technical knowledge of Stine seed products for the territory.
• Manage existing accounts & recruit new accounts to grow sales.
• Communicate and implement Stine sales programs to meet district goals.
• Collaborate with the Regional Sales Agronomist to provide high-level sales support.
