Job summary

Stine Seed Company in Lincoln, Nebraska is seeking an Independent Sales Representative for Lincoln, Logan, McPherson, Arthur, Keith, and Perkins counties. You will serve as the primary ambassador for the Stine brand and drive seed sales across the assigned territory.

Candidates should have three or more years of agronomy or seed sales experience, excellent communication, and proven ability to develop dealer networks and meet sales goals with minimal supervision.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of ag experience in agronomy, crop production or seed sales.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated knowledge of proven sales techniques and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary ambassador of the Stine brand within the assigned territory.
• Develop and maintain agronomic and technical knowledge of Stine seed products for the territory.
• Manage existing accounts and recruit new accounts to increase sales.
• Communicate and implement Stine's sales programs and policies within the district.
• Work with the Regional Sales Agronomist to provide sales support within the territory.
• Develop and enhance relationships with customers and potential customers.
