Stine Seed Company is seeking an Independent Sales Representative to cover Union, Franklin, and Licking counties in Ohio. You will grow sales by managing existing accounts, recruiting new ones, and delivering agronomic knowledge of seeds.

The role offers a flexible, well-supported environment with a strong brand and an opportunity for unlimited earnings potential in a hybrid working arrangement.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of agricultural experience, including agronomy, crop production or seed sales.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven sales techniques, strong negotiating skills, and the ability to overcome obstacles.

Responsabilités

• Serve as primary ambassador of the Stine brand within the assigned territory.
• Develop agronomic knowledge of Stine seed products and services for the territory.
• Manage existing accounts & recruit new accounts to increase sales.
• Communicate and implement Stine's sales programs and policies within the territory to meet sales goals.
• Work with the Regional Sales Agronomist to provide high-level sales support in the territory.
• Develop and enhance relationships with customers, or via designated sellers.
