Stine Seed Company is seeking an Independent Sales Representative to cover Muskingum, Perry, and Guernsey counties in Ohio. You will act as the primary ambassador for the Stine brand, build agronomic knowledge, manage existing accounts and recruit new ones to meet district goals.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of agricultural experience, including agronomy, crop production or seed sales.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven sales techniques and strong negotiating abilities.
• Experience in dealer development and retention is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary ambassador of the Stine brand within the assigned territory (Muskingum, Perry, Guernsey counties in Ohio).
• Develop and maintain thorough agronomic and technical knowledge of Stine seed products and services for the territory.
• Manage existing accounts and recruit new accounts to increase sales.
• Communicate and implement Stine sales programs and policies to meet district sales goals.
• Collaborate with the Regional Sales Agronomist to provide sales support in the territory.
• Build and enhance relationships with customers and prospects, directly or through a designated seller.
