Job summary

A health insurance agency is looking for motivated sales agents to join their team. With access to multiple health insurance products and a strong support system, you'll be selling plans to individuals and families. This role offers unlimited income potential, hands-on training, and a supportive environment. Candidates should possess strong communication skills and be detail-oriented. An active Florida health insurance license is required, or the willingness to enroll in a certification course.

Qualifications

• Active Florida 2-15 Health, Life & Annuities License or willingness to enroll in a certification course, we will help you do so

Responsibilities

• Sell health, dental/vision, and life insurance plans to individuals and families.
• Evaluate clients’ financial situations and coverage needs.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships.
• Leverage networking and marketing strategies to generate leads.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions.
• Work a minimum of 40 hours per week.
• Utilize CRM systems and digital platforms for client management.
• Previous sales experience is a plus but not mandatory

Responsibilities

• Sell health, dental/vision, and life insurance plans to individuals and families, striving to meet or exceed sales targets
• Evaluate clients’ financial situations and coverage needs to recommend appropriate insurance solutions
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships through excellent customer service and consistent follow-up
• Leverage networking, marketing strategies, and social media to generate additional leads and expand your client base
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions in accordance with company policies and regulatory standards
• Work a minimum of 40 hours per week; additional hours may be required but are not mandatory to meet performance goals
• Utilize CRM systems, quoting tools, and digital platforms for client management
• Previous sales experience is a plus but not mandatory
