Job summary

FootCare By Nurses is seeking Registered Nurses to provide expert foot and lower-limb care in patients' homes and community clinics. You will perform comprehensive assessments, support mobility preservation, and educate patients and families about prevention, footwear choices, and fall risk.

This role emphasizes prevention over crisis, offers independence with a flexible schedule (18–35 hours/week), no nights or on-call shifts, and a supportive team to back you up while you build meaningful

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid RN license in MA.
• Experience in home health or preventive care is a plus.
• Strong assessment and patient education skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive foot and lower limb assessments in patients' homes.
• Provide professional foot care and educate on prevention and mobility.
• Document care using smartphone-based charting technologies.
• Identify concerns early and refer to appropriate healthcare providers when needed.
• Build meaningful relationships with patients and families.
• Work independently with support from a knowledgeable team.
