Job summary

Comforting, Loving & Helping Hands Home Care in Winter Park, FL is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to provide skilled nursing services in patients\' homes. The role includes initial assessments and routine visits with pay structured per visit or hourly, depending on case and service.

The ideal candidate has at least two years in nursing, home health experience, and meticulous documentation to support the patient\'s Plan of Care.

Qualifications

• Active Florida Registered Nurse license required.
• Minimum two years of nursing experience.
• Home health experience strongly preferred.
• CPR certification and Level II background screening.
• Willingness to work as a 1099 independent contractor.

Responsibilities

• Complete initial and ongoing skilled nursing assessments.
• Perform routine skilled nursing visits as ordered.
• Document detailed clinical findings for the Plan of Care.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
• Provide wound care, catheter care, and other skilled interventions.
• Educate patients and caregivers on disease management and care plans.
• Communicate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members.
• Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation.
