Job summary

Comforting, Loving & Helping Hands Home Care in Orlando, FL seeks an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver skilled nursing in patients' homes. The role includes initial assessments and routine visits, with compensation structured per visit or hourly depending on case and service provided.

The ideal candidate works independently, has home health experience, and produces thorough clinical documentation to support patient care planning.

Qualifications

• Active Florida RN license.
• Minimum two years of nursing experience.
• Home health experience preferred.
• CPR certification and Level II background screening required.
• Willingness to travel to patient homes.

Responsibilities

• Perform initial and ongoing skilled nursing assessments.
• Conduct routine skilled nursing visits as ordered.
• Document detailed clinical findings for the Plan of Care.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Provide wound, catheter care and other skilled interventions.
• Educate patients and caregivers on disease management and care plans.
• Communicate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members.
• Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation.
