Qualifikationen

• Active Florida RN license.
• Minimum two years of nursing experience.
• Home health experience preferred.
• Ability to complete detailed clinical notes.
• CPR certification and Level II background screening are required.
• Travel to patient homes.
• Willing to work as a 1099 Independent Contractor.

Aufgaben

• Complete initial and ongoing skilled nursing assessments in patients' homes.
• Perform routine skilled nursing visits as ordered.
• Document Plan of Care with clinical findings.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
• Provide wound, catheter care and other skilled interventions.
• Educate patients and caregivers on disease management and care plans.
• Communicate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members.
• Ensure accurate, timely clinical documentation.
