Comforting, Loving & Helping Hands Home Care in Windermere, FL is seeking an experienced RN to provide in-home skilled nursing services. The role includes initial assessments and routine visits, with compensation structured per visit or hourly depending on the case and service provided.

Ideal candidates have at least two years of nursing experience and strong documentation skills to support care planning. This is a 1099 independent contractor role with flexible scheduling and home-based care

Qualificações

• Active Florida RN license.
• Minimum two (2) years of nursing experience.
• Home health experience preferred.
• Ability to complete detailed, accurate clinical notes.
• Willingness to work as a 1099 Independent Contractor.
• CPR certification and Level II background screening.

Responsabilidades

• Complete initial and ongoing skilled nursing assessments.
• Perform routine skilled nursing visits as ordered.
• Document detailed findings used to develop and update the patient’s Plan of Care.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
• Provide wound care, catheter care, and other skilled interventions.
• Educate patients and caregivers on disease management and care plans.
• Communicate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members.
• Complete accurate, timely clinical documentation.
