Job summary

Winston Retail is seeking a Retail Support Merchandiser to provide ongoing store support and lead project-based merchandising initiatives. You will stock and merchandise, build strong store partnerships, and report outcomes from various locations in a fast-paced, flexible environment.

The role emphasizes independent work, strong communication, and attention to visual presentation, with a focus on planograms, displays, and timely project execution.

Qualifications

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, climb, and move throughout the retail environment for extended periods.
• Frequent lifting up to 35 lbs; up to 50 lbs with assistance and up to 100 lbs with help.
• Smartphone reporting required; iPhone 11+ or newer; Android 2020+ devices.
• Self-starter able to work independently and collaboratively.
• Willingness to work in varied store environments and maintain schedule flexibility.

Responsibilities

• Stock, replenish, and merchandise products to maintain brand standards and in-store presentation.
• Execute merchandising projects, displays, resets, and promotional initiatives with precision and attention to detail.
• Build and maintain relationships with store management and associates.
• Ensure planogram compliance and maintain product placement standards.
• Complete store visit reports, including photos and feedback, using mobile reporting tools.
• Communicate opportunities, challenges, and project updates.
• Manage schedules and store visits to ensure on-time deliverables.
• Maintain high quality, professionalism, and accountability across assignments.
• Support large-scale merchandising and retail execution initiatives as needed.
