Job summary

Winston Retail seeks a Retail Support Merchandiser to provide in-store support and lead project-based merchandising initiatives. You will work independently, stock and display products, and collaborate with store teams to ensure vivid presentations and planogram compliance.

The role is an independent contractor position with a flexible schedule, paying per hour and offering opportunities to work with leading brand retailers on diverse projects.

Qualifications

• Able to communicate clearly with store teams and management.
• Self-starter who can work independently and manage project-based tasks.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for merchandising.
• Experience or familiarity with planograms is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Stock, replenish, and merchandise products to maintain brand standards and in-store presentation.
• Execute merchandising projects, displays, resets, and promotional initiatives with precision and attention to detail.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with store management and associates.
• Ensure planogram compliance and maintain product placement standards.
• Complete store visit reports, including photos and detailed feedback, using mobile reporting tools.
• Communicate opportunities, challenges, and project updates.
