Job summary

Winston Retail is seeking a Retail Support Merchandiser to perform store support and project-based merchandising across locations. The role emphasizes stocking, display resets, and brand-standard execution with an emphasis on accuracy and customer experience.

This Independent Contractor position requires strong communication, organization, and the ability to work independently while coordinating with store teams to deliver timely project updates and high-quality visual merchandising.

Qualifications

• Ability to stand, walk, bend and move throughout retail environments.
• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs with assistance for heavy objects.
• Comfortable using smartphones and reporting applications.
• Capable of working independently on project-based merchandising.

Responsibilities

• Stock, replenish and merchandise products to maintain brand standards.
• Execute merchandising projects, displays, resets and promos precisely.
• Build and maintain relationships with store management and staff.
• Ensure planogram compliance and product placement accuracy.
• Complete store visit reports with photos and feedback via mobile tools.
• Communicate opportunities, challenges and updates to clients.
• Manage schedules and visits to meet project deliverables on time.
• Maintain quality, professionalism and accountability across assignments.
• Support large-scale merchandising and retail execution as needed.
